AGM Mentors are often used, when appropriate, as part of the programmes which feature in the Corporate Client section of this web site.

Typically, Corporate transitional programmes are led by an experienced consultant, but the programme may include predetermined sessions with an AGM Mentor - who has personal experience of the position and challenges that are being faced. This can be an extremely useful feature and may form part of any agreed programme.

AGM Mentors can also provide mentoring services apart from the transitional programmes, as a stand alone service.

AGM Mentoring is needs driven and typically runs on a 3 to 6 month contract. Times when mentoring may be most useful might be when raising finance, making an acquisition or building individual leadership capacity.
