Ros has been AGM’s chosen partner since the business was formed, and is licensed to use a number of behavioural, motivational and personality tests. She has extensive experience of helping senior individuals and groups to derive practical benefits from the insights that psychometric tools can deliver, and has 13 years’ consultancy experience.

In addition to her time with leading consultancy firms such as Touche Ross and Deloitte, she has held international Head of HR roles for two very different investment banks, Nomura International plc and Saudi International.
