Jo Owen

Jo heads up the Thought Leadership team at AGM. Jo started at Procter and Gamble in Brand Management, and then moved to be Head of Research at SDP. After completing an MBA at London Business School, Jo joined a Strategy Consulting firm in Japan which was owned by fifteen of the top thirty business school professors around the world.

During his time in Japan the company was folded into Gemini, then Cap Gemini, then Ernst and Young, so Jo decided to leave and become a Strategy Partner in Financial Services at Accenture.

From there, he decided to start his own bank. That bank is now trading as HBOS Business Banking. Having been bought out, he has since started 3 national charities, including Teach First, which is now one of the top ten graduate recruiters in the UK.

He has contributed to the FT, Times, Telegraph, and BBC TV series on leadership issues.
